Falling Leaves
With the changing of the leaves and the colors that have fallen to the ground it is evident that fall has come. The weather in Kalispell is cooler in the evenings and many days are dim with cloud cover and rain. The days are also much shorter. I find this a good thing as it helps to not burn the midnight oil as much.
The kids have finished there first quarter of school. Daniel is looking forward to basketball coming soon. Florie and Alex have been practicing their gymnastics. Jasmine is reading everything she can get her hands on. Then there is TK who is loving her school and doing well in it.
I have to say that fall is one of my favorite times of the year. The summer is busy and we stay up late and do not have a very structured routine. Now that we are into fall we have settled into a routine in which much learning is taking place. This year the kids are bigger and there are more things that we can do together. It is fun to be a Horton.
