Testimony
When I was young my mom accepted the Lord as her Savior. Our family then started attending a baptist church were I learned about God and what He did for me. At the age of four my family went to the Chelan County Fair. While there I listened to stories told by Rev. Foresburg in the Story Wagon. He told the story of the Red Hen that died in a fire to save her chicks. She protected them under her wings. He then talked about how that reminded him of what Jesus did for our sins. It was there that I understood my state of being born a sinner and turned my life over to God. Jesus saved me from my sins.
Life has taken many turns but God has been faithful in all things. It is a joy to serve the Lord.
Hobbies
I love to decorate. Our home is a place were I can unleash my creativity. It has been a while since we have owned our own home so I am enjoying adding color to the walls. Also, it has been nice to have enough space to display Nate’s artwork. It is a work in progress. I have big ideas for each room so that will take a while to complete but it will be fun changing the house to our home sweet home.
Another hobby of mine is beading. It is so much fun to take a bunch of colorful beads and turn them into a necklace, earrings, and bracelet. To create an outfit in an hour is a thrill to me. I have been enjoying having friend come over and helping them create jewelry. It is something I can do with my girls as well.
Business
Through having a health need we were introduced to USANA Health Sciences. We became independent distributors with USANA Health Sciences. It has been a great business for us. We are able to help others with their health and finances. I am thankful for this opportunity.
