Yesterday, I went ice fishing with Mrs. Lloyd, and all the other guys from Hedges school. We are all in fourth grade. Some are in 2P and some are in 4L. I had fun with fishing with fishing poles and with my friends. First we rode the bus then we got off the bus at Echo Lake. Then we dressed up warm and then we walked down there. It takes us about a long time to walk down there. Then we went fishing, then I did not catch any fish yesterday. Then after fishing I got different socks on because this foot was cold. Then Ole caught two fish, then Mrs. Lloyd caught one. Right after we finished we ate lunch. Then while I was eating I noticed my tooth was missing—that was weird. Then we got back on the bus and went back to school. I got dry clothes on. Then we went into the classroom and wrote about how ice fishing was. It was fun. And then I rode the bus home. Then I went home so see Mama and Daddy. Then I told my family all about how ice fishing was fun.
